Half off after noon Saturday!
Security will be onsite and valuables will be removed from sale site. Payment methods include cash and charge with 2.3% fee.
Small lower area of home so entry will be limited at first - no lists will be honored, just line up.
We do not have packing materials or boxes onsite but have a few smaller tote bags. We are not responsible for breakage or damage once items are in your custody.
Please bring or hire muscle to load your items - and please measure your vehicle to ensure items will fit.
Please do not park in the block nearest the home excepting for pickups arranged with us - sorry but there are very few spaces nearby, and we are trying to keep disruptions to the neighbors at a minimum. If items are in a lot or group, please do not leave items behind or dump items in unauthorized areas or on the property.
All items sold "as is, where is"; all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchange items.

One level estate sale with stocked shop/garage and basement room filled with contents of 40 year accumulation of a longtime Portland resident and medical professional. 

Shop including: Shopsmith Mark V table system (headstock servo) with lathe, jigsaw, jointer, bandsaw, and lathe duplicator unused/new in box and model 610 jigsaw attachment;  countless small power tools, hand tools, supplies including aluminum bar clamps, 6-24" racheting spreaders, wood handled bar clamps, etc. Hirsch roller stand, etc. All manner of huffables - glues, stains, paints, etc. Motorcycle jack.

Basement room with furniture including pair Dania type nightstands and set of turn of the century quartersawn oak dining chairs;  two rare early 20th century pre-Sinn Fein postage stamps; handsome contemporary Afghan rug. Paintings and framed prints including watercolor by Jeffrey Hull (OR); ethnographic art including western African twin figures, Indonesian batik hangings, small scale Zimbabwean quilts, and especially cute Tinga Tinga scool painting depicting giraffes; geological specimens (many seem to be aquarium filler), corals, and crystals; small variety pottery and cloisonne; men's M-L size clothing including some motorcycle weather and scuba gear; media including LPs, books, VHS, dvds, etc. Many small electronic items and a few older digital cameras. Kitchen items; household cleaning supplies. Garden items like large scale terracotta pots and some volcanic media, etc. A lot more unusual items as well!
