No early sales. Cash preferred...checks accepted with ID. All sales are AS IS, NO RETURNS. Buyers responsible for transporting furniture and appliances, etc. Please bring your own dolly and 'man power' when transporting heavy furniture/appliances. Note that a true appliance dolly will be necessary for moving appliances and we do not supply dollies. Not responsible for accidents. Please be courteous to others.
