PROVENANCE
This sale is a combination of two estates from the Mt. Pleasant area.
The first is the living estate of a professional couple who have most recently moved to the Low Country from the North. Since arriving here they have decided to embrace the "salt life" and have bought a home where their current things do not seem appropriate. Their items are high end designer quality in almost new condition and include many brand name items you will recognize.
The second estate is that of a woman who died in the last few months and her daughter is charged with liquidating her mother's things. Like the first estate these items are very beautiful and are in excellent taste and condition and will provide an assortment for everyone's taste and wallet.

Two Heads-Ups: The water is off in the house so there are NO working toilets but there is a Harris Teeter near by. Secondly, the streets are narrow so please park on the right side of the street so passing traffic can get by.
