CASH preferred; checks accepted with proper ID. Our staff is UNABLE to assist with loading of furniture. Items MUST be removed from premises by close of sale. Please be prepared to removed your furniture and appliances upon purchase! Statements made day of sale take precedence over posted advertisements. Occasionally items must be pulled from a sale beforehand. If that happens we will attempt to edit listing before sale. After 30 years in this house the family is downsizing to "retirement" home in Florida. The house, garage and outbuildings are absolutely pristine, clean as a pin. 

Nowadays realtors tell you to de-clutter before you sell your home, so my clients packed up most of the things they intend to sell. Now we are unpacking those items and it is like Christmas!
