All sales are final, you need to check all items you are buying. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
Please leave the driveway open for customer pick up.
Please, YOU MUST bring someone with you for loading and lifting, if you plan on buying heavy items.
Please bring boxes, paper, or bags for your items. We will have bags and paper but we might run out. If you have been to our sales, you know what I mean.
If you see an item listed and it's not at the sale, that just means the family has pulled it. We have no control over that and it does belong to them and they can do whatever they wish.
We take cash and local checks (good checks only!!)

Our last two sales have been full of great pieces. Lots of them. GUESS WHAT?? We have another one and this house is a very big house. More room for better display.
While shopping this sale you'll notice quality, name brand items.
As you can see in the pictures, there are so many items and this is before the start of setting up for display. Things will look better when the sale starts. We just had to get things started this way.
Please take a closer look at the pictures and you can get an idea of things, and I'll be getting more pictures later. But, in the meantime, I won't be listing all these items, because there is no way for me to remember all of them. I suggest you just come to the sale and see for yourself. Besides, a picture is worth a 1,000 words.
