All sales are final, you need to check all items you are buying. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
We try to have paper, bags, and or boxes for you, but it would be a good idea if you had some with you because (at best) we might run out.
Please park on the even number side of the street and leave the driveway open for customer pick up.
If something is shown in pictures, and not seen, it only means the family has decided to keep that item. Please don't be upset with us, this happens all the time and it is the family's choice.
Please bring someone with you if you plan on buying heavy items, we cannot help with loading because we have our jobs to do and are simply too busy to stop. If you've been to our sales, you know what I mean.
