* Cash & local area checks accepted

* Numbers will be handed out no later that 1 hour before we open - be sure to get a number when you arrive and get lined up 10-15 minutes before we open! Numbers are used to keep everyone in order of entry. After Susan speaks, the doors will be opened and you will be allowed to enter the sale. We are not responsible for lost numbers. If you lose your number, you must go to the end of the line.

* All items must be removed by 3:00pm Saturday

* All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees and all sales are final.

* Please bring help for moving large or heavy items.

* Please bring boxes / bags / wrapping materials with you! We try to have some available, but we run out quickly. We will need to see the contents of your bags / boxes during checkout - we appreciate your cooperation with this.

* Per our standard policy, we will not be releasing any pricing prior to the sale. We usually work up to the last minute, so please be understanding if we can't respond to all calls or e-mails. Thank you!
