SALE HIGHLIGHTS: This is a "tag" only impromptu moving sale. The house is immaculately clean, and it is filled with nice furniture, decorative plates, pottery, and other tasteful design pieces. There are prints on almost every wall across a wide variety of themes and several lamps in every room. There are diverse items for every taste and need, including household items, kitchenwares, dishes, pots, pans, outdoor furniture, sewing supplies, and much more. ADDRESS: The sale is located off of Airbase Rd. in Louisville, TN near the airport. We will give out the specific address the day before the sale.
NUMBERS: We will hand out numbers around 11:30 on Friday. Take a number to determine your place in line when we open at 1pm.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking around the house. Park ONLY on the EVEN NUMBERED side of the street. 
TERMS: We accept cash, good checks, and credit/debit with a 3% surcharge for payment. Items purchased must be removed by you during sale hours. Bring help to move furniture; our staff is unable to lift or move any items for you. All sales final. No pre-sales.

FURNITURE 
Oak Two Tiered Desk on Bun Feet, 45" wide x 39" tall x 24" deep. The bottom has one drawer and one door on the right side, and a slide out drawer for a keyboard. On top is a curved piece with a headboard, a partial second tier, and three glove boxes. It is in very good condition overall, with just a few marks on the desktop from use and one small mark to the headboard. 
Four Drawer Dresser by Basset Furniture Industries Inc., 24" wide x 42" tall x 18" deep. The top drawer has two round handles, and a a half circle decoration around the edges. The sides of the drawers shows wear from use, and there is what appears to be white paint around the top drawer. 
Stained Oak or Cherry Entertainment Center with three drawers on the bottom and a large space for a TV on top, 51" wide x 82" tall x 24" deep with space for a 44" x 35" TV. There are sliders for doors on the sides, but they are not present. The piece is in solid condition, but there are quite a few nicks to the wood throughout. 
Queen Size Bed and Beautyrest Mattress Set with a cream colored suede headboard. 
Two Drawer Wooden End of Bed Table, 32.5" wide x 17" tall x 16" wide. 
Wooden Folding TV Tray. 
Small Four Drawer Metal Cabinet with a wood top and wood front drawers.

Round Metal Outdoor Patio Table with a glass top, 64" in diameter x 28.5" tall with an approximately 8'6" tall umbrella and Six Matching Rotating Patio Captain's Chairs. 
Metal Fire Pit on Legs with no fire residue. 
Two Outdoor Patio Side Chairs and Small Metal Table. 
Two Outdoor Patio Lounge Chairs in need of new webbing. 
Pair of Wingback Recliners with yellow and green upholstery. The upholstery shows wear around the edges and especially on the arm rests, and the front feet are scuffed. 
Tan Leather Recliner by Drexel Heritage with studded accents on the sides. It is in solid condition and very comfortable, but there is a good ammount of wear on the front of the armrests, the headrest, and some thoughout the piece. 
Glass Top Rectangular Coffee Table with curly metal legs, 52" long x 30" wide x 22" tall. The glass top is beveled and surrounded by a rimmed wooden edge, and the legs come together into a flower in the center of the piece. The condition is very good overall. 
Pair of End Tables, 24" wide x 30" long x 22" tall. These are an exact match for the coffee table above. 
Two Tiered Wooden End Table with turned feet, 22" square on top x 27" tall. 
Large Bookshelf with two doors in the center bottom and adjustable shelving all around, 71" wide x 71" tall x 16" deep. The door section sticks out 5" from the rest of the piece. 
Pair of Bookshelves, 30" wide x 71" tall x 12" deep. The shelves are adjustable. The wood grain is a perfect match for the piece above. 
Pair of Metal Bar Stools with Valour Upholstered Seats. 
White Framed Trundle Bed and Mattress Sets with gold accents, 81" long. 
Black Computer Stand. 
Black Adjustable Shelf. 
Painted Brown Cabinet with two large doors on top and two small drawers on the bottom, 36" wide x 72" tall x 21" deep.
Matched Pair of Short Dressers by Kenlea Crafts, 29" wide x 30" tall x 18" deep. The tops of these pieces is thatched leather or cloth and attached with studs around the sides. The top and drawers show a good deal of wear from use. Queen Size Bed and Mattress Set with a stylized wooden headboard. 
Beautiful Six Drawer Kneehole Desk and Mirror with faux columns, 46" wide x 18" deep x 66" tall including the mirror. It is in good condition overall, with some wear on the edges of the drawers. 
Pretty Five Drawer Dresser, 36" wide x 47" tall x 20" deep. 
Glass Top Console Table with a wooden, studded rimmed edge, 50" wide x 28" tall x 18" deep. 
Glass Top Circular Metal Dining Table with Four Chairs, 48" in diameter. The table and chairs both have a swirling metal frame. All pieces are in very good condition. 
Oriental Stylized Thatched Armoir (Braden's) with two large doors over two small drawers, 54" wide x 78.5" tall x 28" deep. The inside has one shelf on top, a space for a TV in the middle that is 34.5" between the doors, and four shelves below the TV with baskets. The piece is in good condition with minimal wear. 
Circular End Table, 24" in diameter x 29.5" tall. 
Square End Table, 23" x 22" tall. 
Circular End Table, 26" in diameter x 23.5" tall. 
Two Tiered Oak Coffee Table with two drawers on the bottom, 26" wide x 48" long x 20" tall. It is in good condition overall. Wooden Plant Stand with Metal Legs and a leaf design. 
Glass Top Circular Wooden Framed Metal Dining Table and Four Chairs, 54" in diameter. The table and chairs both have a metal skeleton with wooden accents, and the table has a wooden base. The chairs have soft upholstered seats. The chairs are in good condition with some wear to the wood. The table shows significantly more wear. 
Queen Size Bed and Mattress Set with Green Metal Headboard. 
One Drawer Pine End Table with Black Iron Trim, 27.5" wide x 22" deep 23" tall. 
Pine Desk with three drawers on the left and one in the center, 48" wide x 18" deep. 
Pine Chest with a Bookshelf on top, 49" wide x 18" deep x 75" tall overall. The bookshelf section has three shelves. The chest has two over four drawers. This piece is in good condition overall, with some small nicks.
