All items sold as is, where is, with no written or implied guarantees. Please note the 5 P.M. starting time of this sale on Friday afternoon, August 14th. Please, no large hand bags or purses. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Payment must be by cash or check. Out of town buyers or those unknown to sales personnel, paying by check, must present a bank letter of credit. Buyers are responsible for loading and hauling their purchases. Not responsible for accidents. Due to space limitations, there may be a limit to the number of buyers who will be allowed in the home at any given time. DO NOT save places in line for someone who is coming later. That causes confusion with fellow-buyers. Security present. Parking in the yard will be permitted provided it is not raining or the yard is muddy. You must not park in the street, block the street, driveway, or the neighbors' driveways. Announcements day of sale take precedence over all other advertising.
