The legal stuff: All Sales are final. Security guard on duty. Sales taxes are collected. Cash preferred, credit cards accepted with $50 minimum purchase, checks are not accepted. Must bring your own movers if you buy furniture. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. Because of crowded conditions inside the home, children will not be allowed inside. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING AT THIS SALE WILL BE SCARCE AS THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON A CUL-DE-SAC OFF OF GREEN OAKS BLVD. – AND THERE IS NO PARKING ON GREEN OAKS BLVD. PLEASE DON’T BLOCK NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAYS. IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO CAR POOL WITH FRIENDS.

This house is stuffed full of treasures! An entire cabinet full of Lladro figurines collected over almost 20 years, along with curio cabinets to show it off – standing and wall-hanging. Then there is the black amethyst glass, and Heisey Glass in the Orchid pattern.
You won’t believe the Bohemian Cut to Clear Glass, many unusual pieces. Then there are collectible eggs, collectible bells, and Native American pottery miniatures and fetishes.
The kitchen is full of glassware, Tupperware, cookware, china, small appliances, and more.
Beautiful dark pine dining room set, with matching hutch, and coordinating server. Beautiful entry hall rug, wonderful lamps, living room furniture, den furniture, king size bedroom furniture, nice rattan chairs. Heavy duty game table with four chairs on casters. Lots of yard art to decorate your patio! There are books on the civil war, records, costume jewelry, and more. Linens, full closets, and then there is the garage!
