Limited entry (as space allows.) No numbers or sign up sheets just line up inb the driveway.. Cash, Debit and Credit all accepted ( with a $25 minimum to use a card.) Items are used and sold "as is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied and all purchases are FINAL. Children are permitted but must be supervised by a guardian at all times and may look but not touch. FURNITURE BUYERS please DO NOT remove tags from furniture, wall hangings and other "large ticket" items. Put your hand on it ask a staffer to assist you. Sales staff can also assist you with holds while you shop. City of Austin sales tax is collected and dealers must have a resale tax certificate on file or fill one out if this is your first time shopping with us. We do not have a porter so please except to manage and carry your own loads. We are able to assist with assisting with moving items later in the day. We can also recommend reliable movers who work at reasonable rates and will have their cards at check out. : NO pre-sales or phone orders, everything is sold in situ during the days and hours below, on a first come, first serve basis. 1970's mid-century modern time capsule in Cat Mountain!  Mid century modern and Hollywood Regency furnishings, decor and years of accumulated goodies fill this custom built Northwest Hills home, garage and patio.  Highlights include: over 500 unique pieces of vintage women’s clothing from the 1950’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s including gowns, cocktail, suits, dresses,  jumpsuits, ski and tennis wear, furs, handbags, hats and shoes,  50 assorted lingerie & nightgowns. Hundred’s of books including children's literature, encyclopedia sets, scientific and medical literature and instruments, 1960’s toys and board games, vintage Schwinn adult bicycle, Aurora racing, Marx trains & tracks, costume and fine jewelry, china, vintage crystal, serving and entertaining pieces and bar ware,  wrought iron patio furniture, vintage electronics, hi-fi, transistors, bass guitar,  L.P.’s & C.D’s, vintage Christmas and so much more.

A collection of 10 original signed watercolors by Michael Frary (U.T. Art Department, painter and author of "The Big Thicket" among others.)
