All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors.Gallery 70Two is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidding online is not an internet only auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions. Bids are taken from this website and bid on during the live auction against people in attendance.
There is a 12% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases for onsite buyers and up to 20% for internet bidders depending on what platform you are bidding on. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay within 2 days of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or auction approved in state check. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. You may email your exemption form to info@gallery70two.com. The auction staff reserves the right to bid. Consignors or their agents may be present and protecting their items to attain fair market value
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 5 pm 2 days after a sale sale. The auction house is open Sundays 11-5. Items not paid for by 5 pm 2 days after the sale will acquire a $25 per day late payment fee per item. Items not picked up and remaining after after that time will be moved to storage and storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply. Items left more than 7 days after the auction will be considered abandoned property (even if paid for) and will become the property of Gallery 70 Two. NO EXCEPTIONS!
