All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors.Gallery 70Two is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. Bidding online is not an internet only auction, but a place to leave absentee bids for our live auctions. Bids are taken from this website and bid on during the live auction against people in attendance. There is a 12% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases for onsite buyers and up to 20% for internet bidders. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay within 2 days of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or auction approved check. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. You may email your exemption form to info@gallery70two.com. The auction staff reserves the right to bid. Sold items must be removed no later than 5 pm Monday after a Saturday sale. The auction house is open Sundays 10-5. Items not paid for or remaining after Monday will be moved to storage and storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply. Items left more than 7 days after the auction will be considered abandoned property (even if paid for) and will become the property of Gallery 70 Two. NO EXCEPTIONS!
