We Do not provide price/ other information by phone, email or questions from this site.
***Cash and Credit Cards accepted for purchases over $10, HOWEVER...We have poor cell connection at certain properties, to please be prepared to pay with (or go get) CASH if we are not able to run card at time of purchase.
***Buyers are responsible for removal of items purchased.
We do not have people to help load them.
If you do require assistance a fee will be charged.
***Pre-Sale and early shopping are not allowed;please do not visit sale sites until listed start times.
***On days when discounts are offered, we reserve the right to designate items that are not subject to any discount.
*** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY WHILE YOU ARE VISITING THIS ESTATE SALE.
***No Refunds or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, so be sure to inspect your treasures carefully.
No large purses, backpacks or personal bags may be brought in. Shopping bags that come in empty are welcome, but we will have tubs in the holding area to keep your just-found treasures safe while you look for the next one. Anything you bring-in is subject to search on the way-out at our discretion.
If you want to buy (AND ARE SURE YOU ARE 100% COMMITTED TO BUYING) an item with a notecard on it or next to it on the wall, PULL THE NOTECARD AND TAKE IT TO THE REGISTER SO IT CAN BE HELD FOR YOU. THE PERSON WHO BRINGS THE NOTECARD TO THE REGISTER IS AGREEING TO BUY IT....I WON'T SELL IT OUT FROM UNDER YOU AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO "CHANGE YOUR MIND" BECAUSE THAT IS NOT FAIR TO MY CLIENT, OTHER SHOPPERS, OR ME.
We make every effort possible to create a safe shopping environment, but bad things can happen anywhere and for no good reason at all... by entering this property you acknowledge that the sale organizer, home owner and estate at large can not be held liable in anyway for anything that results from your shopping with us.
***We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Exemtion form. We don't always have Your file at any given Estate, so always be prepared to bring us a new copy if You would like to use Your Tax Exemption.
***Please be respectful to neighbors when parking.
***There are times when the family changes their mind about selling something and removes it from the sale. We have no control over this, but we remove any photos of said items immediately if that happens.

Sally has been painting, taking classes, and then teaching classes since 1966 when she lost a child and needed a therapeutic outlet. She studied under artists such as Robert Garden, Amado Pena, and Dalhart Windberg. She has had hundreds of pastels, oil and watercolor paintings in galleries across Texas and New Mexico. Sally is almost 85 and still paints everything from seascapes to still lifes.

Pictures will have some stain glass in them. They belong with the house and not able to take them down.
