Terms

Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is."
If you can catch us you may come in early and pre-view what we have to sell before the day of the sale. We will not sell early.

The vast majority of this sale was relocated from the Doris Swift Estate in Dallas.  The home was located in the M Street area and was being demolished to make room for a new larger home.   The majority of the contents are from a household that began in the early 1950's, so unique items from the 1950's, 60's and 70's.   There are some neat hollywood regency style ceiling light fixtures and other architectural items.  There some unique items they purchased from their trips from around the world, Italy, China, etc.   The sale is located in the downtown business area of Corsicana so be mindful of parking in front of businesses..
