We need to follow all the rules & regulations from Community Standards when we host a sale in Sun City:
1. Parking must be strictly adhered to. No blocking driveways, fire hydrants or mailboxes. Cars parked in right direction & no double parking. , no more than 2 vehicles in the driveway or directly in front of the house.
2. We cannot list the address in the newspaper, estatesales.net or any other publication
3. We are not allowed to put directional signs out. The only sign we can use will be the one in front of the house
