All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges or refunds. All lots are sold "as is." Total purchase price payable by the buyer includes hammer price of the lot, a buyer's premium of 20% of the hammer price (in-house bidders only, all others 22% buyer's premium), as well as any applicable state and local sales taxes. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check (upon approval), money order, cashiers check, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to remove purchased property at his/her expense within no later than 1 week from the date of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with, and approved by, MORTON AUCTIONEERS & APPRAISERS. We do not make packing or shipping arrangements, nor provide such services. As a convenience, we will provide a list of third party freight and shipping companies upon purchaser request.
