TERMS OF SALE
• The amount of customers will be monitored and limited for safety.
• Items sold on a first come first serve basis.
• Not responsible for accidents.
• RESELLERS – All Resellers must show a valid Texas Resale Sales & Use Permit along with a Texas Driver’s License, otherwise, tax will be collected.
• NO purses, handbags, backpacks, totes, bags, etc. No over coats, jackets, etc. Please leave these items safely in your vehicle,
• NO strollers.
• NO food or beverage.
• NO one under the age of 16 with or without an adult.
• Oversized items will require the skill to safely disassemble/remove them from the premises. Please prepare in advance by bringing or hiring your labor.
• If you plan to buy in bulk, e.g., plate/glassware, please bring your boxes. We provide some packing material at the checkout.
• PAYMENT FORMS – We accept Cash, and Credit/Debit cards MC, Visa, AX (Credit cards minimum $20.00). No checks.
• ALL SALES FINAL – All goods are sold as is, with no guarantees, returns or exchanges. Inspect all items carefully before purchasing.
