 The entire contents of the house, garage and enclosed patio are for sale.  The owner was a longtime collector and 42 year resident of the house.

Included are several pieces of antique furniture, oak writing table, six drawer chest, butler’s secretary, gentleman’s wardrobe, settee and curio cabinet.  The study contains a six foot desk, matching credenza, computer desk, book cases, file cabinets and a beautiful world globe made from different color mineral slivers mounted on a solid brass base.

The eight and one half foot dining table has eight chairs, two of which are captain chairs.  The hutch is by Keller with glass doors and shelves and is lighted.  A floral sofa and matching love seat is in excellent condition.  Several chests and storage items, a hide-a-bed, leather massage chair, leather recliner, almost new leather electric lift chair, washer/dryer, refrigerator and upright freezer.  There is a huge selection of kitchen appliances and cooking items and over 200 cookbooks.

The entire house has glassware including: Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Worchester (300 pieces), Lenox (50 pieces), Spode, Baccarat, Delft, Frankoma (180 pieces), Staffordshire, Blue Willow, Fritz & Floyd, Shannon Irish crystal, Bohemian glass (all colors cut to crystal), LuRay, Fiesta, Harlequin, Fire King and hand blown flowers.

To accent all of the glassware numerous pieces of silver plate (Rogers, Reed & Barton), a three and one half foot silver plate candelabra, 93 piece set of Spode flatware.

The garage contains many Igloo coolers, Coleman stove, Coke-a-Cola carton, storage containers, garden tools, heaters, electric smoker, ladders and a ten speed bike.

The enclosed patio contains many wicker and rattan furniture items, most with cushions and glass tops.

Art work varies from pen and ink, watercolor, oil on canvas and a G. Harvey print with an artist remark.

A large selection of beaded purses, jewelry, men’s old straight razors, mink coats, books on artist and artwork.
