We will not be responsible for accidents enter the property at you own risk.
You must provide your own moving for Larger Items/Furniture, Large cabinets Etc.) All purchased items need to have an arranged pick up date by the end of Final sale day.
If you choose to bring children or pets you will be responsible for any accidental breakage. Thursday full price, Friday discount will be 25 percent off, Saturday 50 percent off and Sunday the marked prices will be 75 percent off.
There may be some items that will not be discounted including any precious metals jewelry or sterling dinnerware, automobiles, and firearms will not be included in the discounts more than 25 percent off and some may not be discounted off the marked price.

This is going to be a very good sale with many great items

1979 Corvette, very good condition, low miles 42000 mile, T tops, new tires, good running condition, leather interior in good condition, no body damage visible short of a light bruise on the tip of the nose.

2016 Buick Cascade, low miles less than 49000 total miles, convertible top, good tires, leather interior in very good condition, Eco Tec 1.6 Turbo engine.

There will be access to a 31 foot Pierson sailboat as part of the estate. It’s a 1984 model, the motor runs good, sales are in good condition, rigging is good but the ropes will probably need replacing.

1878 Springfield Trap Door in 45-70, in great condition. It appears to have be blued

There is a Grandfather Clock, a windup antique French clock, there are also a number of good watches.
