METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: DISCOUNTED FORMS OF PAYMENT (Your invoice total is the amount you pay.):

•CASH Accepted at DFW CLIX Front Office by Chris or Mike Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 10am - 5:00 pm (DO NOT SEND CASH in the mail.) Please bring exact change if paying by cash, and you must bring a printed COPY OF YOUR INVOICE and YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE.

•WIRE TRANSFER An additional fee of $25.00 (Domestic) or $50.00 (International) will be added. Please contact sales@amctx.net for wiring instructions. Note: This IS NOT the same as a Bank Direct Deposit of Funds. We do not accept Bank Direct Deposits as a form of payment. (This fee is taxable if you pay sales tax on your invoice).

Priority Mail, Express ship or deliver the following payment types to: Azizi Motor Company., 857 East Main St Building B Lewisville, TX 75057. You must include a copy of your invoice with your payment.

•CASHIER'S CHECK Issued by a U.S. bank and made payable to Azizi Motor Company in U.S. Dollars.

DFW Clix IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO COLLECT THE FOLLOWING TAXES:

SALES TAXES Texas Sales Tax of 6.25% will be collected on all titled Vehicles unless the items are being purchased for qualified: •resale under a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit; •farm/agriculture exempt use; •timber operations exempt use; •research exempt use; or •non-profit exempt use.

OFF-ROAD, HEAVY DUTY DIESEL SURCHARGE 2% will be collected on all off-road, heavy duty, diesel construction equipment unless being purchased for qualified resale under one of the exemptions listed above. Dfw Clix will only remove sales tax and off-road surcharges after we have received one of the following forms signed with ALL fields completed correctly: •Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate; •Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate; •Texas Timber Operations Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate; •Texas Qualified Research Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate; or •Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.

No paid receipts will be issued with sales tax removed until the required information is received in our office by the time of payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

NOTE: “A retailer is not required to accept an exemption certificate. If a retailer does not accept an exemption certificate, the purchaser can request a refund of the tax paid directly from the Comptroller if the retailer gives the purchaser an Assignment of Right to Refund.”

Item Removal: IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! WE ARE A LIMITED SPACE LOCATION AND YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR PICKING UP YOUR AUCTION ITEMS.

Thursday - Saturday from 10am - 4pm and any other date BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!Please contact Chris Jackson 972-801-8147 to schedule an appointment during these times. You need to schedule your appointment 24 hours in advance and then you will also need to call approximately 15 minutes prior to arrival so we can notify our security staff of your arrival. Please, DO NOT CALL WHILE ENROUTE TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT and DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. If property is not removed within 3 days of auction close, the buyer will forfeit items and monies paid with no recourse. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE TERMS!

You must bring a copy of your paid receipt and picture identification. Items will not be released without this documentation. If someone other than the buyer is picking up auction items, they must bring written authorization and a copy of picture identification of the buyer to DFW Clix front office before the auction items will be released.

Anti Sniping / Dynamic Closing: Each auction item is scheduled to end at a specific time. However, all DFW Clix auctions use an AUTO EXTEND / DYNAMIC CLOSING feature. Thus, bidding will still remain open on any item that receives a bid within the last 5 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. Time extensions are added in 5 minute intervals to the original auction closing time and to each extension’s closing time when a bid is placed. For example: if an item is scheduled to close at 10:00am, and a bid is placed between 9:55am to 10:00am, the closing time will be extended by 5 minutes until 10:05am. If a bid is placed within that 5 minute interval, then bidding the closing time will extend until 10:10am, etc… Once a 5 minute extension interval has passed without any bids, the auction for the item will close, and the lot will show as COMPLETED. This means that bids are no longer accepted, and the username showing is the winning bidder. To make sure you see all other bids placed, click the “Refresh” button on your web browser frequently before that item closes and during any extension periods. Your screen may not “auto-refresh,” and you may not see bids placed after yours if you don’t manually refresh.

Terms: Firm removal dates on everything. All items have to be picked up on the times specified following the sale. Final payments are taken on site by Cash ONLY.
