Terms

Cash or check with photo ID. No nearby ATM machines. Charges with $50 minimum purchase. $10 cash donation per person on Friday benefits the Austin Settlement Home for Children, a family charitable endeavor. No charge Saturday or Sunday.

Not responsible for accidents in any location relating to this sale.
Wear closed toe shoes. This is a working ranch. Uneven ground. Limited access for scooters or wheelchairs.

No children under 12. No exceptions.
No smoking. Fire bans in effect.

Family reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
24 hour security on property. Follow law enforcement directions for parking.

Moving services on site provided by Blue Whale Moving. Pickup with your transportation by appointment if you are not prepared to haul on sale days. Bring packing and boxes to use if needed. Our supplies are limited.

Some items may be shown that will not be available for sale. The ranch is the site of TV and movie filming and items may have been selected as props for an upcoming project.

Port-a-potties on site. Light snacks and water available for purchase. Sun screen and sun hats highly recommended. Tables and chairs available if waiting in line. Be prepared to wait to enter. Shoppers will be admitted as quickly as possible.

                       Friday - $10 admission per person to benefit the Settlement Home for Children in Austin -   Cash only. No checks. This is one of the family's charitable endeavors. No charge Saturday and Sunday
