*This sale is large and will run for 2 weekends, January 29 through February 1 and February 6 and 7.
*We prefer cash, debit or credit.
*Entry is limited to 30 at a time. Numbers are passed out starting 1 hour before the sale so you may wait in your car and not stand for a long time in a line.
*You will need to bring help for loading large items.
*Be careful and watch your step as we are not responsible for accidents. Please be advised that there is a step down living area with 3 entries in the space. The home also has a basement with stairs to the area. There is a step down in the garage and step off the patio if you are visiting the garden shed.

This is a nice home that is very full with new and unused items in every room including the garage, shed and patio.  Many items were stored away until preparation for the sale began.  This sale has a lot of everything.  There are so many items, we are running the sale for 2 weekends.  

Because there are so many new items, you can think about gifts for Valentine's Day.  There are new crystal pieces in the box, new sweaters and scarves, new decorator items, candle and scented oil lamps just to name  just a few.   You may even make your Valentine heart-shaped waffles with the new heart-shaped waffle iron.

There is some nice furniture and some furniture pieces that are great to be painted.  There is an adorable 100 year old child's rocker that originally belonged to one of the first settlers in Floyd County.  There is a set of International Sterling flatware in the Prelude pattern -- service for 8.  There is a whole display of new new candles, candle gifts, oil lamp sets.  You won't believe our floral room with designer arrangements and loose stems for creating your own special arrangement.  We have the baskets, vases and pots to do you special arrangements in (most all new).  There is new cookware, new sets of dishes, silverware sets.  There are lots of items to use for parties and large gatherings. There is new clothing, new kitchen items, cookware, appliances, new personal products, new household products, new and vintage luggage.  Very nice 6 piece sectional, bookcase sections, queen bedroom set.  There are great patio and plant items.  And, a whole wall and table area of brand new holiday decor.  

Great scarves, sweaters, blouses, shells, sleepwear,  jackets, slacks, skirts, shoes, boots, belts. etc.  Many brand new and also with tags.We have a special room set up with clothing racks to display the clothing in a very easy to browse way.  Clothing at our sales is always reviewed to remove any pieces that are too worn or in poor condition to sell.
