This the is living Estate Sale of Jimmy & Kay Jordan.

This is an incredible sale.  If you have ever driven north on Highway 59 from Marshall, you have seen the beautiful yellow Victorian home on the right just after the EXXON station about a mile north of the Loop.

Inside are hundreds of collectibles from Fenton and Heisey to cast iron & primitives.  There is beautiful tiger oak furniture and so many wonderful treasures.  To say this is an eclectic sale is an understatement.  Just about any type of collectible is here: oil companies, Coca Cola, country kitchen items, dozens and dozens of antique & vintage toys, "drugstore" hobby horses (the kind you used to see in front of stores - "rides for a dime"), hand tools, power tools, Honda generator, all kinds of cast iron, lots of scrap metal, 1968 Ford pickup, wooden fishing lures, lawn art windmills, dozens of vintage tractor implements, nearly 80 vintage rods and reels, tin & porcelain signs, antique tools, AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!

Okay, I have to add a few more things - A 2004 Ford Cobra (6,000 miles), a 2002 Trans Am (4,000 miles), 2014 John Deere tractor (with 39 hours), a dozen antique & vintage tractors (most run), a late 40's Cushman scooter that runs, a John Deere 4 wheeler, a John Deere zero turn mower, a 1978 Honda 400 and a HUGE rooster/chicken collection.  There are also 12 shotguns and more firearms may be added.

Mark this one on your calendar - the last thing you want to hear is your friends telling you how great this sale was and how sorry they are you missed it.

NOTICE: I AM SORRY BUT CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE FOR THIS SALE.  I rarely do this, but since we have so many antique & vintage toys, we must take this action.  For the most part these toys are not the kind to be played with, but rather collected.  Children are welcome in the garages, the barns and the yards.  They can even pet the miniature donkeys, but not come into the house.  Again, this is not something I do very often, but this is an exceptional case.

FIREARMS: We have 12 firearms in the sale and more are coming.  The firearms will only be at the sale during our hours of operation 8am to 4pm.  They will be removed from the property each day.
