Large Estate in Melissa, TX!

Less than 1 mile off US75 (Central Expressway) - just minutes

from McKinney

AND WELL WORTH THE EASY and NOT TO FAR DRIVE!!

DIRECTIONS: Head North on US 75 and take the first exit after the 121 North exit. The exit you will be taking, is not clearly labeled...so just watch for the first exit after the 121 North exit and take it!

Then proceed north on the US 75 access road. Pass over Melissa Road and continue on until you reach Country Ridge Rd. You will know you are getting close when you see the white wooden fence that surrounds the neighborhood. Turn Right on Country Ridge and wind your way to the sale!

Note: Unlike the map appears to show, you cannot access the neighborhood from Melissa Road or the Melissa cemetery. The only access to the neighborhood is from the US 75 access road by turning onto Country Ridge.

Please park considerately on the road - no parking is allowed in the driveway unless you are loading furniture or large items.
