Full 1957 2 bedroom in Mesquite

The owner of this 1957, 2 bed room home was a musician in the 70’s and 80’s. During his lifetime, he acquired a sizeable vinyl record collection, as seen in the photos, all of which is included in this sale. The sale also contains musical equipment, some from the 70’s- 80’s, and some that the homeowner purchased throughout the 90’s -2000’s (and never used), as well as vintage stereo equipment. In addition to music, the homeowner was also interested in tennis, particularly in purchasing (and hoarding) tennis gear. The homeowner also had a habit of purchasing clothes, shoes, and other items, in large quantity, only to store them in duffle bags and plastic totes. This sale contains a large quantity of size XL- 2XL men’s clothes, some dating back to the 70’s, most of it never worn with original hang tags. There are also many pairs of unworn men’s shoes, in their original boxes.  We have several totes full of DVD and Blue Ray movie disks, including several music documentaries and concerts. The sale includes a few boxes of 1960’s through semi-recent “gentlemen’s” magazines. 

The kitchen is small, but full.

Due to the small size of the home (778 sqft), there isn’t much furniture, but what we do have is old, interesting, and made of real wood.

The home owner inherited this house from his mother, who passed many years ago, and never disposed of her belongings. One of the bedrooms contains her items, older women’s clothes, etc.

This home has no garage, but we do have one medium shed, and one small shed, both full.

The description of the items in this sale may seem a bit unusual, but we are just now scratching the surface, finding more as we get organized for the sale. With that said, we can assure you this is a legitimate estate sale. This home has been owned and occupied by one family, since new. The owner recently passed, with his son living out of state, and trusting us to completely clear the home in only 3 days. The items described and pictured are the items that were in the home, with ZERO additional outside items being brought in.

The sale opens at full price on Friday, opening at 25% off on Saturday, and opening at 50% off on Sunday. Due to the limited space in the house, we will be limiting the number of people allowed inside the house.  The house is located on a cul-de-sac, so you may want to park down the street, or around the corner. Please don’t block the neighbor’s driveways.
