What a sale!  Lester and Robert have worked long and hard on this great sale.  I will start with the barn….full and I mean full of tools!!  Aluminum John boat, garden tools, ladders, paddles for boats, hand planes, outside lamps, overhead lights, 3 skill saws, 4 drills, drill press, portable table saw, metal band saw, surveyors transit, yard chemicals, jointer, hand tools, new soldering guns, yard chemicals, staple guns, Honda self-propelled mower with grass catcher, new tile saw, bricks, welding equipment, belt sander, fishing items, cans of spray paint, paint sprayer, 6 – 7ft tall metal shelves, tap and die set, electrical cords, battery chargers, antique tools, 2 stainless steel sinks, wood shutters, picnic tables, animal traps.  A lot of these items are new and have never been used and have been priced to sale.  You will like our pricing!!

The yard is beautiful with yard art, concrete benches, concrete bird baths, outdoor statutes, patio tables, and lawn furniture.

In the house are Christmas items, Christmas trees,  pictures, beautiful mirrors, new water drinking fountain, couch, chest of drawers, file cabinet, small tables, kitchen items, nice refrig., dining room table with 6 chairs, rocking chair, 6 bar stools, mantle mirrors….etc.

There are huge shade trees in the yard and fans in the barn for your comfort.  The house is air conditioned.  Pull in through the gate and park in the yard.  This sale is located between Rockett and Ferris…south Red Oak.  (From Butcher Road I would drive pass The Rockett Café and stay on 813 til I came to the turn off, staying left toward Red Oak and Ferris (983).  Watch for the Flying W Ranch and turn left into the property……that is how I (Sandra) would get there from my home.)  Please use your mapsco or gps or your app on your phone…..(more pics on estatesales.net)
