PLEASE READ - VERY IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS -  there is NO RECEPTION in Chandlers Landing and you will loose your GPS signal once you are in the neighborhood. Also, there will be NO SIGNS. Follow your gps directions to Ridge Rd. Once you are on Ridge Rd. Your gps may direct you to turn at the first guard gate....keep going and turn instead onto HENRY CHANDLER Rd. - take your next right and proceed to the guard gate. You MUST have the address for the attendant. ~414 Endeavor Ct.~ You will go left on YACHT CLUB and take a right on RANGER. Follow Ranger around to the third culdesac. The house will be at the bottom of the hill along Ranger.

This home is loaded with treasures for everyone. Following are a  few highlights of what to expect:

FURNITURE: Fruitwood dining table that seats eight with matching china cabinet - beautiful and oversized to fit a very spacious dining room, antique hall tree, 2 sofa tables, arts and craft style cabinet, antique ice box, casual dining table and chairs, queen size cabinet style head board and mattress/box spring set, small roll top desk, computer desk, low vanity with mirror, rotating chest with mirror at the back, 2 chest of drawers. 

ART: This couple collected some beautiful treasures related to the sea - metal sea art, framed pieces, shell art, nautical art. There is also a collection of windmill and lighthouse art. And someone will surely love the beautiful tapestry in the dining room.

COLLECTIBLES: There are a number of collections that were collected throughout their travels - small pewter pieces, lighthouses, windmills, nautical pieces, as well as a train collection including a k line southern pacific fast freight set. Also a  collection of miniatures

CHINA & STEMWARE - a great vintage Red Wing - California quail pottery dinnerware set. A small Meito China set, numerous stemware sets. 

TRAIN COLLECTION - Granddad loved to set up his train set during the holiday season and part of that collection will be for sale - tracks and cars, buildings, etc. also a nib k line southern pacific fast freight set. 

CLOTHING: there are three closets plus a rack full of great classic, stylish clothing in size small - medium. She loved leopard print, shades of brown and lime green. Current styles and some great clothing from the 80's. The  stylist from The Goldbergs TV show would be in heaven!!! Lots of nice purses, traveling bags, bags of every sort. 

INTERESTING FINDS: antique portable singer sewing machine, Bell Howell movie projector. A handmade fountain, 

JEWELRY: Huge collection of fun jewelry. Vintage pieces, art pieces. There is a six foot table FULL of jewelry ladies!

CHRISTMAS - lots of great ornaments from the 70's as well as current pieces. A fisherman's tree &  lighted topiary tree.

KITCHEN: as you can see from the pictures this is a loaded kitchen. Lots of pyrex, corningware, utensils of every type, serving pieces, tupperware, pampered chef, glassware. They entertained , so there are some nice pieces for serving.

GARAGE - we are still going through the garage but any guy will.certainly find something he needs.
