All sales are final and sold as is. It is necessary to bring help for heavy items as there will be no one available to help you load. We are not responsible for accidents. We do not preview to anyone prior to the sale. NO LARGE BAGS PERMITTED. We Accept cash, checks & Visa/Master/Discover cards with proper identification.
There is a $10.00 minimum on bank cards #'s at 8:30 AM on Thursday.

This is the Estate of Lillian Minor, former teacher and real estate agent.  House, patio, garage and shed are all full.
