All sales are final and sold as is. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions!
It is necessary to bring help for heavy items. We offer a contracted Delivery Service. It is available to those not able to remove purchases alone. The contract is with a professional mover and is between the buyer and the mover.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
We accept cash and checks with proper identification. No credit card charges will be accepted at this sale.
No food or drinks allowed in the sale.
There will be some packing materials, however, due to the enormous amount of inventory, there will probably not be enough. So please bring packing material for your purchases.
As you can see, this sale is taking place on April 26, 27, and 28th. ... Prior to that date we will offer sales by by appointment only. We will also have a sign up sheet available Thursday, April 25th. . We are going to ask all of our guests to be mindful of how tenuous our situation is and be respectful of one another.

it is very seldom that we are privileged enough to witness a wonderful, love story. Let alone a love story of a centurion. Our hundred year old hostess has decided it’s time for her to kick up her heels and move into a retirement community where she does not have so much responsibility and can live life to the fullest. No more yard, no mowing, taking out the garbage, no more utility, bills, taxes, etc. Therefore, she has decided to introduce back into society some of the most beautiful collection and furniture we have seen. Some of the pieces we are allowed in our sale were our hostess’s grandmother. Yes I said grandmother. That means you do the math. Yes they are over 200 years old. Even in our sale where our hostess ‘s grandmotherr’s treasures yes, I said grandmother. That means you do the math. Yes they are over 200 years old. Even so, they are in mint condition. Cared for tenderly and with much love. They are all in pristine condition.
What are hostess and her family have lived all over the United States. They have an extremely eclectic collection of art, furnishings, linens, furniture, lamps, China, CHRISTAL, and much more. From the hand, stitch, leather couches to the Victorian, his and her chairs, gorgeous Victorian vanity and matching bed, these are just a few of the items that are in this lovely home. We have gorgeous danish, modern furniture, Italian, gateleg, accent, tables, and a garage overflowing.
It is not often if ever at all that we receive our instructions from someone who has lived over a century. It has been an honor, and a privilege to be told the history of some of our beautiful things in the history of such a lovely woman and her family. Come join us in celebrating, a wonderful opportunity. However, make no mistake, you must make sure your shoes do not untidy the home or the beautiful rags. We look forward to seeing you!
