We accept Credit Cards, Cash, Check w/ ID, and Paypal for all items in the sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries that may occur while you attend our sale. If you are interested in any of the very large items please be sure to bring a vehicle and movers to take the items with you.

We will not have anyone on site to help you move heavy items. Please bring your own help. We can make arrangements to hold items for pickup no later than 6pm on Sunday the 7th.

This sale is located within a gated community. The code will be posted the day before the sale for the call boxes. There will be two call boxes that you must pass though to enter the sale location. Please use your GPS devices in order to assist you to get to our sale. We will not be able to answer phone calls during the sale about the sale.

This is a must see estate sale. The owners are downsizing and they can't take it all with them. This is a 3 day sale.
