*Purchasers of handguns must be 21 yrs.+  There is no limit to the number of handguns purchased by Virginia residents.  Handguns cannot be transported across state lines unless by an FFL holder but can be shipped to an out of state FFL dealer where the handguns are legal to purchase and own.

*Purchasers of semi automatic machine guns must be 21 yrs+, no quantity limit and can be transported or shipped to an FFL dealer across state lines to states where the long arms are legal to purchase and own.

*Only the person whose name is on the paid invoice/receipt can pickup purchased firearms NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER.  For buyers picking up their firearm purchases, you must bring a copy of your invoice to claim your merchandise. You will need 2 forms of identification including at least one state issued drivers license or photo ID. 

*Background checks for firearms being picked up in person are being handled by Cedar Mountain Armory, LLC 19014 Crossroad Pkwy, Culpeper, VA 22701. All firearms that require a backround check will be at this location and must be picked up there or shipped from there.  A $30 fee for the first firearm purchased and a $5 fee for each additional purchase by the same buyer will apply and is to be paid for by purchaser at time of removal of firearms
*The background fee is not included in the purchase price and cannot be charged to your card on file.  It must be paid for at the time of removal.  
*Shipping of firearms is also being handled by Cedar Mountain Armory and must be shipped to another FFL holder.  For any questions regarding shipping of firearms or background check requirements, and for operating hours, please contact Nathan at 540-825-2480. 
The background fee is waived for holders of a current and valid FFL. 

A signed copy of your paid invoice must be faxed to 540-825-7040 or scanned and emailed to sales@jlrauctions.com for all shipping requests. 
Buyers who have firearms shipped to a qualified FFL dealer that do not clear the backround check, or if the firearm is illegal to own in their state of residence will be responsible and at the expense of the buyer for return shipping to Cedar Mountain Armory.
