CT does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. The preview has been scheduled so you may determine the condition of the product yourself.
Your bid is an agreement to purchase the item(s). You are committed to purchasing and picking up your winning item(s). Bidding privileges may be suspended if you default on this agreement. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase the item(s).
Pam Pell is the Operator for this sale. All bidders must be at least 18 years old.
Payment: PLEASE do not generate your own invoice. Wait for us to send your invoice at the end of the auction. Seller requires pre-payment through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay on the site. Payment must clear PayPal before pick-up, so please process payment as soon as you receive your invoice. A 15% buyer’s premium and 5.3% VA sales tax will be added to each purchase. NOTE: All out-of-state buyers are required to pay VA sales tax. For special payment arrangements (other than PayPal) or to provide resale certificate (tax exemption), please email us at ctfredericksburg@gmail.com. Resellers are required to provide a copy of their tax exemption form and sign the VA Resale Tax Form that we will keep on file.
No Payment: If we have not received payment or heard from you by Pick-up Day, you forfeit your right to the items and your name will be removed from our auction site.
Paid/No Pick-up: If you pay for your items, but fail to make late pick-up arrangements, your items will be considered abandoned and no refund given. The items become the property of Caring Transitions of Fredericksburg and may be resold or donated.
Alternate Pick-up: If you experience an emergency or need to make alternate pick-up arrangements, please email us at ctfredericksburg@gmail.com PRIOR to Pick-up Day. Caring Transitions is under no obligation to meet any special requests.
Late Fees: ALL late pick-ups will incur the following late fees: $10 per Lot and $20+ for furniture pieces. Late fees must be paid in cash at time of pick-up.
Pick-up Instructions: PLEASE BRING ENOUGH HELP TO LIFT, CARRY AND LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Caring Transitions staff and employees are not authorized to assist in moving your items. All items MUST be picked up during our scheduled Pick-Up dates and times.
Shipping Option: Shipping is available at the Buyer’s expense. Please let us know before the auction ends if you need shipping services and we’ll be happy to put you in touch with our shipper. If shipping is desired, you’ll be paying that cost directly to the shipper.
Local Delivery: If you require delivery, please email us at ctfredericksburg@gmail.com prior to auction close. We may be able to refer you to a local mover. Extra fees apply for pianos, grandfather clocks, or other large and heavier loads. There are no additional Caring Transitions fees or charges for this service, as you will be making the arrangements directly with the mover.
Shipping: If you require shipping, we will take your items to The UPS Store to be suitably wrapped, packaged and insured for shipment. The UPS Store will contact you directly for payment. Shipping is your responsibility and we relinquish all responsibility for your items once they are dropped at The UPS Store.
