CASH ONLY! No Admittance prior to 8 a.m. on date of sale.
For items priced at $50.00 or under, lesser offers will be considered during sale hours. For items priced at over $50.00, written bids, including the bidder’s telephone information, may be left with sale personnel. Written bids must be for at least 50% of the marked price. Acceptance of any bid or offer is at the sole discretion of the seller. Successful bidders will be notified by phone no later than 7 p.m. on the day of sale. If voicemail message is left for the bidder, a response must be received by the seller by 3 p.m. Sunday, May 31 or the offer will be deemed rescinded. Payment and pick-up of all items purchased, by left bid or otherwise, must occur no later than no later than 7 p.m. Monday, June 1, 2015.

We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing, and we do not offer prices over the phone.

Please bring help to load items you cannot load yourself. We do not have anyone available for loading.

We are not responsible for accidents at the sale premises.

All Sales are Final and all items are sold as is.
