-Numbers may be handed out approximately 15 minutes before the sale starts on Saturday (and each additional day if necessary). Sign-in may be required for guests.
-Cash is preferred. With valid ID, Credit Cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover) accepted (3%), Good / Valid Local Checks accepted (but we reserve the right to refuse checks or any form of payment, and charge fees if we have issues depositing checks).
-ALL SALES FINAL so please inspect fully all items you are planning to purchase.
-All items purchased must be removed from the location by the close of the last day of the sale. In general, staff may be available to help lift / move heavy items to your car (if we are able to help, we're not responsible for any damage/injury), removing items is your responsibility. WE RECOMMEND BRINGING A TRUCK/VAN/SUV IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY LARGE ITEMS, OR HAVE ACCESS TO A LARGER VEHICLE/TRAILER TO COME BACK AT THE END OF THE DAY (at a designated/agreed upon time).
We also offer DELIVERY.
-Because there are large items, we plan to offer limited delivery of some heavier/larger items as a separate service on a case by case basis and with a separate fee (delivery would be done after sale hours, typically on the final day of the sale, unless otherwise agreed upon).
-As a special condition of the many large items being sold: we may consider pre-sale purchase arrangements for those larger items, and during the sale, we may offer a "bid" system.
-SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK, neither Commonwealth Estate Sales nor the home owners/sellers are responsible for any injuries or damage to your personal property.

WE DELIVER!! Because there will be larger items, we will offer an optional delivery service for your convenience, for an additional fee.
If you want to take your bigger items with you, BRING YOUR TRUCK, VAN, and SUV to make sure you're ready to haul off your great buy! Do you need to bring a TRAILER? For multiple items or loads needing a trailer, pickup will be given a pickup time around the end of the day so not to cause parking/street traffic issues.
Because the nature of this sale featuring some larger items, and being that this is a moving sale, feel free to call ahead if you are looking to make an offer for LARGE ITEMS ONLY pre-sale, including large furniture and the vehicle. If you see a larger piece you are definitely interested in, give me a call 804-858-4903 (only with genuine interest in striking a deal pre-sale, and do so well in advance of the sale to give us time to make arrangements). We finalize item pricing just before the sale, but, we have approximate figures and consider offers on larger items. Don’t call about smaller items unless absolutely necessary.

Recently added: A small collection of coins including silver dollars; snowblower, weedeater, small chainsaw, 2 leaf blowers, small bottles of beauty products (some partially used), tons of small gifts great for mother's day, and more!
Additionally, clients are making final decision wherther to sell a HENKEL HARRIS dining room table/chairs (matches bar stools, which are also HENKEL HARRIS. Henkel Harris is top quality luxury furniture, this set was well over $3k new).
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a few pieces of furniture (mainly a large entertainment center, tv in it, sound system, and leather chair/ottoman, kitchen appliances, poss the Henkel Harris dining table, dining room mirror, and a few other items NOT FOR SALE (NFS), but since clients are in home for a few more weeks, will remain in place. Please be respecful of the items not for sale).
