Cash please. Credit Cards might be possible depending on internet/cell phone capability. No early birds. Doors will open at date/time provided. Numbers will be out when we arrive on first day of sale - a few hours before start time. Most items half price at 1:00 PM on Saturday. Do not walk on slick wooden steps. Approach house through driveway and carport ONLY. Enter at Front Door.

Signs from NE Day Rd and Phelps Rd off Hwy 305. Address will not be posted until AM of Sale.
