Please access thru back gate off of the very end of 18th Place....yes, there is a small trial and you must briefly walk on a dirt path. Please park CONSIDERATELY in the adjoining neighborhood -- there is a small lot by the Presbyterian Church's school or you may park in the church's parking lot and walk a tiny bit further.
YOU MAY DRIVE INTO THE COMPLEX ONLY FOR PURCHASED ITEM PICKUP!
If you park inside to shop, you will be asked to leave and park elsewhere. Sorry but that's just the way it is -- VERY small roads and no parking areas in complex. Thanks for your cooperation
Ok...with the formalities out of the way, on to the good part..........this is a large, 3 level condo/townhome that is full of everything, tho very neat and tidy. Dining room, living room, family room, kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms, office, garage etc....

- Gorgeous Dining set with 6 tall back chairs and matching china hutch/buffet combo by 'Walter of Wabash' (really!) MCM (Mid Century Modern)
- Off white Leather sofa with teak (?) frames - MCM
- Tile top cocktail & sofa tables (Denmark) MCM
- Three living room side tables with drawers by 'Amercian of Martinsville' - very nice and have quite the following!
- Benny Linden Teak dining chairs, set of 4
- Teak Drawleaf dining table, made in Denmark
