This is the estate of PW Northwest/Canadian playwright and artist Douglas Bankson This sale features the wood carvings of Douglas Bankson, who for over 50 years produced whimsical and fantastical creatures. His work has been exhibited in public museums and private galleries in the U.S. and Canada, although he preferred to create for private collectors and his own enjoyment. Douglas Bankson was a playwright, theater director and instructor of theater, literature and writing.
