As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Pickup Details
All purchases will be available for pickup only.
Pick up address to be posted at the end of the sale, Keep in mind it will be a Ocean Shores WA. address. If you can not pick up your item on the designated pick up dates, please do not buy.
PICKUP Days for auction items will be Friday 28 March 8am- 3pm. Please bring Identification that matches the name on payment method used to buy your item if I.D. doesn't match payment card name then you can not pick it up.
Funds will be captured within 2-3 business days of the end of the auction.
If items are not picked up by Saturday 28 March 2024 3pm, the items will be forfeited and returned to owner.
If you purchased a large or heavy item, please remember to bring someone to help you load your items.
