Cash only, please bring your own packing supplies. Everything sold as is no warranties or returns. We take email sign ups for our entry list beginning at 7pm on the Thursday night prior to the first day of the sale. We stop accepting emails at 7 am the morning of the first day of the sale. This is to avoid disturbing neighbors and allow our customers the ability to arrive closer to opening. We honor any list begun at the door but the email names are ahead of any door list. Email roomtomove@comcast.net with questions or to get on our entry list. We let as many people as appropriate for the size of the house in at a time. Saturdays we go to half off at 12pm and ask customers to line up for half off to keep it fair.
We have filled the house with items from a two bedroom home in Bellevue in a gated community. We will be running the sale on Friday and Sunday not Saturday due to the Husky game and parking issues in Laurelhurst!
