SEATTLE / MADRONA ESTATE SALE

This sale is exceptional and diverse! With everything from vintage mid century furniture to an extensive and diverse record collection, among other things, it is not to be missed. This estate's contents come from a gentleman who worked in the music industry for many years.

The home is located up a steep driveway in an area with complicated parking - please be respectful of the neighbor's driveways. We will allow customers with furniture purchases or large quantities of items to pull up to the home to load their items.

Some of the highlights include but are not limited to:

JEWELRY: Lots of vintage costume jewelry, some fine jewelry as well. All jewelry is kept off-site until day of sale.

ARTWORK: Many pieces from mid-century to modern throughout the estate, including "The Zulu Girl" by Tretchikoff, antique prints, frames, etc.

MUSIC GEAR / RECORDS: Vintage Sonor drum components are available, vintage professional recording studio gear, and a large selection of rare and hard to find Classic Rock & Motown records (33 1/3, 78, and 45 rpm) are available. This is a VERY nice record collection - very clean vinyl. We have (as we must do for our client) been through the collection. We have not however cherry picked from it. Prices are well below retail on records as marked. You might find a golden ticket, but even if you don't, our pricing is very fair considering the quality and quantity of this collection. This is not a garage sale pick, it truly is the best selection we have ever offered. 

ART GLASS / CRYSTAL / POTTERY: This home has a very nice selection of each. Many signed pieces as well as unsigned quality works, set of McCoy wall pockets, mid century art pottery, cut crystal, set of Baccarat stem ware, a set of mid century flatware and a lot more.

FURNITURE: Antique, Mid century, and modern items throughout the house. Some highlights include a vintage Hollywood Regency style Lucite topped dining table and 4 chairs, Mid century side/coffee tables, mid century coffee table by Dux, Rare vintage 50's blonde oak, chair, desk with chair, two side tables and a coffee table all by Brandt Ranch Oak, modern leather sofa, bedroom sets, lots of lighting including a Hollywood Regency lamp by Marbro, a modern Murphy bed with attatched bookshelves, and much more!

CLOTHING AND LINENS: Clothing is mostly all Women's, sizes 0-1. Petite. Casual to dress items including very nice jackets, pants, blouses, and more. All in very nice condition and many with tags still on. Shoes are all around size 8 (womens) and also very nice. Linens include antique to new items. Lots of like new towels, sheets and blankets for twin size beds, 

OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE: Includes vintage cast aluminium chairs and table sets, round metal table with 4 chairs and umbrella, and modern "rattan" chairs, side tables, and coffee table. We also have a small selection of garden tools and household tools including a new Husky brand router and a very nice like new fiberglass step ladder.

RANDOM HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: LOTS of cleaning supplies, Lots of kitchenware and baking ware, a small amount of random tools, canned foods and spices, and much more.
