Limited # allowed in at the same time.  Perhaps 15 on each floor, then one out then one in.

All sales final.  Please check your potential purchases carefully prior to purchasing.

Please bring your own bags; boxes; moving assistance. 

You may drive down the alley to pick up your purchases.

Notice:         There will be 2 entrances to the sale:  Front door entrance will be your access to the main floor and the upstairs.  Basement entrance will be in the back yard.

         We will list item locations.  Sign up sheet at the front door only. After your name is read off at 10:00 you may choose which area of the home you wish to start in.

Sign up sheet arrives on Saturday at 9:00 AM, no sign up sheet on Sunday

Since at the client’s request we are hosting 2 sales at this location, while items will be discounted on Sunday there will not be a 50% discount at the client's request.

We may entertain bids on such as the light house, the cast iron stove and the midcentury modern bedroom set  (no bed)

Some areas of the home would be classified as “organized” diggers!

This home was built in 1916.  The same family and extended family has owned and lived in this home this home since then.
