Come say goodbye to this once gracious 1940s view home near Three Tree Point, before it makes way for a new manse. Everything goes, including:

Antiques and collectibles: 1890s carved marble top wash stand; 1920s-40s console tables and vanities; carved 1890s high chair; Antique settees and side chairs; Lane lamp and coffee tables; 1920s console table; 1910s ice cream chairs; Mahogany Grandfather clock with Swarovski pendulum; early 20th century banjo; 50's radios; costume jewelry; ironstone; vintage luggage; Schwinn “American” men's bike, circa 1960; vintage kitchen; etc.

Architectural: The house has to go too, so help us preserve some of its original 1940s architectural pieces: built-in corner cabinets, the handsome mantel, birds eye maple cupboards, doors are ready to go, probably more pending permission

Sun room: a large space filled with garden items, iron plant stands and metal tables, wood picnic table and benches, mature indoor plants and cute planters, etc.

Prints, paintings, artwork, studio pottery: lots of contemporary limited editions, small original NW paintings, vintage and newer prints, plus a table full of NW studio pottery

Silver/plate: Lots of nice examples, including trays, beverage sets, serving pieces, candles, etc. plus weighted silver tableware

Music, instruments, games and records: Vintage vinyl and sheet music, CDs/DVDs, plus a banjo, guitar, spinet piano and some 1950s radios so you can play along

Furniture: Shelves, tables, seating, both dining and living; king bed and bunk beds; dressers, chests of drawers and occasional furniture; cabinets and cupboards; many pieces throughout

Kitchen: Corning; small and large appliances, including newer fridges, late 50's ovens, general cookware and kitchenware

Appliances: Two sets of stacking washers/dryers, recent and decent; late 50's retro oven; three fridges, working and inexpensive

Garage, including chipper/shredder, John Deere riding mower, yard cart; Craftsman table saw, router and other larger tools, plus hand and garden tools, fishing poles/reels/tackle, etc.

Books, more than an entire room full, both vintage and recent tomes

Clothing, jewelry, accessories: nice quality, contemporary womens wear and coats; plenty of costume jewelry and some accessories
