This home features a VERY impressive Art Deco collection... and we almost never get to say that in the PNW - as it's pretty hard to come by around here!

But it's not JUST Art Deco... we've got several decades of vintage/antiques and plenty of new items!!

PARKING is limited in the gated community. You can park along the edges of the lot - but DO NOT block neighbors driveways. If the lot gets full, there is plenty of street parking.

DO NOT park in the middle of the street. Driveway at the home will be reserved for large item pick-ups.

HOME HAS 23 STEPS/PLATFORMS to get inside. Please take note if you have difficulty with stairs.

LIVING ROOM: (to the left as you walk in)

We've got 3 1930's dancing lady figures - one is "Humoreske" -  by Holzer/ Rosenthal, very large and very heavy deco pedestal - and that's just SOME of what's left! Inside the locked case you'll find  Consolidated Glass dancing nymph plate, Baccarat golfing snoopy and a few more wonderful treasures! For furniture in This room - we've got an amazing Mid Century caned side sofa, antique coffee table with drawer, 2 tier antique accent table, carved antique accent chair - has damaged caned seat and a huge tufted leather ottoman. 

There is a beautiful antique hall tree/umbrella stand right as you enter the home.

We still have a few pieces of Clarice Cliff!
There is also a very rare Goebel bellhop liquor decanter in that case!

There are also some practical items here - Toshiba flatscreen TV,  Harman Kardon/Toshiba/Sony audio/visual equipment as well!

DINING ROOM: (straight ahead as you walk in)

On the gorgeous dining room table -this table would fit into SO many different types of decor - (expandable with 6 chairs) you'll find a fabulous glass top art deco accent table, a lone French porcelain Pierrot bookend, set of beautifully patinated binoculars, several really nice silver plate pieces, cobalt glass/porcelain, Wallace plates and SO much more. On the half moon antique table there are more goodies. Barley twist plant stand and Lots of other treasures not mentioned in this room!  Don't forget to check out the rugs! This room has a gorgeous deco style rug from Tamarian Carpets in the Holy Hills design.

KITCHEN: (to the left of the dining room)

Lots of bar items here - including THE Napier silver plate penguin cocktail shaker (not half off)! Then there's the beautiful antique glass front bookcase. 

Next  is another beauty of a dining room table. Also expandable - this one has 3 rushed seat chairs. Classic! Atop this table is lots of crystal, white china and pottery pieces - both practical and beautiful.

On  the other side of the kitchen we switch styles a little - we've got a nice collection of nautical pieces! Plates, cast iron door stop, chalk ware and much more. Blue, white, seashells... perfect for your beach house or beach style home!

It's not just about decorating in this kitchen. We've got small appliances, pots and pans, Blue Danube, pewter, serving pieces and lots of everyday items that you might be ready to replace at your house!

OFFICE: (to the right of the entry)

The goods didn't stop at the kitchen.... this office has some real gems! Lots of golf items - vintage/antique, books! Weber Costello black globe with airplane stand, model ship in large glass/oak case, bookends - art deco skiers and wooden African couple, model cars, chrome and frosted glass airplane lamp, brass stencils, frosted glass airplane decanter, Robeling wire letter opener (may get moved to the living room case), clocks, lamps, globes, double Martha Washington style table, signed Arnold Palmer art, Beautiful oak rolling office chair, burgundy tone accent chair.... SO much in this room! Layers of treasure!

MASTER BEDROOM: (down the hall on the right)

I just want to talk about this bed. Oh my! Originally two twins (could be again with some work) - made into a king. Absolutely incredible head and foot boards with floral carving - and the patina on this is... perfect. There is also a sweet and petite arch top armoire (back has been removed - but very easy to put back). These pieces have been in a room that gets a lot of sun - but they look incredible - maybe even better that originally!  Tall sage/blue shudders  are also for sale. There is bedding, table linens, and pretty decor. A walk in closet full of men's clothing - larger sizes, shoes - 10/11?,  coats, cashmere sweaters, belts... as well as women's L/XL clothing and better brand shoes also 10.5/11. We also have a rack of higher end clothing - featuring Pendleton, Eileen Fisher and more...

The master bath is full of better quality bath items and some decor!

LAUNDRY ROOM: (just past the Master)

Washer and dryer are not for sale... but everything else is! Sewing, cleaning and household maintenance items. Candles, crafting supplies and more!

BEDROOM 2: (down the hall on the left)

There is a beautiful antique twin bed here, in wonderful condition and comes with the mattress! A few antique toys - including a HUGE dollhouse that comes with roof and two large bags of furniture. French Provincial dresser with Barbie's Friend Ship and some Mickey Minnie Mouse items displayed on top of it. In the closet there are craft items, card table expander and a few other goodies. For the kiddos there is a table and chair set and some Easter items!

GARAGE and beyond:

This is a MASSIVE garage and it is PACKED! It's got everything. Yard and garden decor/tools/chemicals, household maintenance supplies, camping gear, fishing - including 3 very old, Fenwick poles in cases/tubes, reels, bicycle and exercise items - including a newer Schwinn recumbent bike, Stair Master - climber - commercial type - needs cord and 2 Corsa Novara bikes, golf items - bins of balls, several sets of clubs and loose pieces, power tools - Craftsman air compressor, Craftsman/Makita/Black and Decker/Stihl, floor jacks, Hobart welder, workbench, lots of hand tools and DIY items.

CHRISTMAS! Some wonderful antique/vintage and newer Christmas items! 3 trees, bags of ornaments, tons of decor, some really great finds here! A hidden treasure under the Christmas display is a really nice rustic (handmade?) table - perfect for dining/shop display/ or whatever you need a beautiful/sturdy table for! Beautiful wool rug underneath. Wicker storage chest, matching burgundy tone chair to the one in the office  - with an ottoman, bookcases, dressers, art, Autumn decor, automotive supplies!
There is a room in the back of the garage with even more stuff. Home repair, more automotive - including a Porsche 914 engine - for parts, shop vac, more hand tools, cool metal cabinet with drawers, studded tires (sorry - I didn't get the size) and SO MUCH MORE!!!

OUTSIDE:

On the deck (off the living room) we've got some great stuff as well! 4 Serena and Lily wicker folding deck chairs (brand new!) Smith and Hawken teak table and chairs, lounge chair, outdoor chairs, outdoor storage bench and several outdoor chair pads, pots, outdoor decor, Tommy Bahama ice chest.

In front there are a few items for sale, but please understand that some will stay with the property.

AND - we must NOT forget - THE JAGUAR! 

Vintage 2001 Jaguar XK8. Only 31,600 Miles on her! All service records, all recent service work done by a very reputable shop in Vancouver. Family owned since 2005 and always kept garaged - until a few days ago - and has had a cover on since. What a beauty! Can you imagine driving with that top down this Summer?!

This is a true rare find. Also excluded from the half off sale.
