Terms
The sign up for admittance to enter the sale will be the morning of the sale dates. No sign up prior because of location. We prefer no persons on the property before 8am days of sale. You can park on Mack Road and Cedar Stone ( one sided) Parking attendant will be on hand. Please bring an umbrella in the event of rain. Also you may want to bring a fold up chair or blanket to sit and enjoy the spectacular view if or while you wait to get into the sale.
Terms: cash, debit and credit card. Sorry no checks
Pick up for furniture can be made for later in the week .
Please bring adequate help to move furniture.
All sales final.
