The process:- Once contracts are signed and all keepsakes are removed we show up and start the process.
Sorting
1 Donation. We try to support as many nonprofits as possible
2 Distribution. We have followers looking for treasures and try to pass on as many items as possible to good homes
3 Recycle. Metals and hazardous waste are all processed properly.
4 Dump. Sadly there will be items that can not be processed, ie mattresses.
