The team at Arroyo Estate Sales and Liquidations are the most attentive, ethical, dedicated, and sensitive people imaginable. One of my parents had just passed away, and I had to move all personal possessions​ to two storage facilities. Living in another state and with COVID​ still a real concern, I needed to move forward with the ​liquidation of the items in storage​ and wanted to avoid another month of rental fees for two of their largest units. I contacted Arroyo Estate Sales never having met anyone from the Arroyo team in person. All arrangements were made over the phone, and from the first phone call,​ I knew that I could just relax​ and without reservation place my ​confidence in them to help me at a very difficult time. They graciously made all the necessary arrangements to move everything well before my deadline. Since I was doing this from a distance, Arroyo stayed in touch with me daily until they were able to complete the move to their facility and photographed the unit for me once all was moved to show the condition pristine condition they left it in.
In the weeks after the move, various small items that they realized would have sentimental value to me were located, and they so graciously sent these to me so that I could have these treasures. I never would have known these things had been found, but the tenderness and respect with which all the items were ​examined, pockets checked... lead the Arroyo team to set these aside despite the sea of things that had moved and were processing, and send these to me.
Every single thing that Arroyo Estate Sales promised me was kept. Their committment to get all the items moved within my timeline was honored with time to spare, and executed with great sensitivity to my feelings and with great respect for the person who had loved all these things during their lifetime. ​
