We are here to make your Job easier. Your Only Job - Remove the Items your family .is going to keep.
Leave everything else in its place, do not unpack cabinets, drawers, boxes etc.Please leave everything where it is. This makes our job much easier.
We will organize, clean if necessary, price, display, and run a sale
We ask you not to throw anything away, let us decide what to throw away I have access to 2 construction dumpsters, we ask you not to give anything to thrift stores - if they can sell it we can sell it.
We work for you our client to realize the highest profit. We run our business on commission there is never any upfront cost to you ever.
All sales are recorded in sales books. Your percentage comes directly out of the total of the sales books. You may have the sales books if you wish.
All expenses are mine. I pay my expenses - employees, advertising, etc from my commission
If you want the house empty we will dispose of all leftovers and leave the house as we found it if not in better condition.
