All treasured Estate Sales

From beginning to end we handle your Estate sale and take the burden off of you. We understand this is usually a very sad & emotional time. You will receive compassion, respect, honesty & integrity from our company. Sometimes we may cry together and have a good hug.

What sets us apart from some companies is we do small sales as well as large.
We have no minimum sale amount.
All of our sales are based on commission.
After the sale you have the option of having all unsold items hauled away.

I will come  to your home and evaluate the situation.
I will go thru our whole procedure with you.
I will give you my opinion on what you can expect your sale to make.

Commission split will be discussed, if you agree and feel we are the best company for you we will sign a contract establishing a date.

We supply all of the set up equipment needed.
Out of our cut we pay for our employees, sales tax and appraiser if needed.

Plus we utilize Craig's list, Internet Estate site, thousands of our clients are mailed from our Estate provider and  we sign our sales exceptionally well, checking our signs thru out the sale...
