Mindy and Steve are a joy to work with. The expertise Steve brings is years of appraising. He got a good price for my "good" jewelry using his network of contacts. Mindy was always available to answer questions and help me make decisions about what to keep. I had NO idea how much stuff was in my house, but they took care to find all the things that would sell and brought in a dumpster for what wouldn't sell. They were available quickly when we needed to empty the house to put it on the market. Some other companies are booked out for 2 months or more. We didn't have the time and they accommodated our needs. The sale brought good money and their financial split was fair. They were a huge help!

The owners were so responsive and helpful in assisting in liquidating my family's home. From the initial consultation to the final clean out after the sale they were helpful, caring and professional. They held the estate sale, and when we decided on the clean out service they arranged for a dumpster and either donated the remaining items or trashed them. The house was left in pristine condition when they were done. Well worth the money! Thank you Mindy & Steve!
